After vetting several contractors, Cactus Nectar proved to be the most responsive and understood what we were trying to accomplish. They were also the most fairly priced. From the design and planning stage with Dave to the actual construction with Ban, Jose & Tiffany, to the close out and follow up with Scott, the entire team was always a pleasure to work with. They were very communicative and managed to keep the project on schedule & on budget, which is quite a feat for any construction project.
