Our prescription for success is to have Lincoln Glemaker at Cactus Nectar manage, assist in planning and organizing the project. Very happy with our experience using Cactus Nectar! We had this odd, unused space that we envisioned converting it to an ensuite bathroom for my mom. After vetting several contractors, Cactus Nectar proved to be the most responsive and understood what we were trying to accomplish. They were also the most fairly priced. From the design and planning stage with Dave to the actual construction with Ban, Jose & Tiffany, to the close out and follow up with Scott, the entire team was always a pleasure to work with. They were very communicative and managed to keep the project on schedule & on budget, which is quite a feat for any construction project. If I could give Cactus Nectar, LLC a 10 star review I would!!! We are halfway through our Casita project and today we sat down with Scott to review the renderings for our backyard remodel and discuss the final touches on our home to bring everything together (resurfacing our driveway). Scott and his wife Mari are the most dedicated, kind and warm individuals to work with whom truly care about their customers and their employees. That is hard to find in today's world. They are open to their customers feedback and when hiccups occur, they take the feedback seriously and ACTUALLY make changes. They want to learn from their customers...not drive them away.
